2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Season ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
3. Description of Service
Season is a web application that transforms biographical text into a fictional artist profile with a generated discography using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided for entertainment and creative purposes only.
The free tier includes:
- Generating an artist profile from your biography
- A public profile page with a short URL
- Sharing your profile via link, image, or social media
4. User Accounts
You may use the Service without creating an account for basic profile generation.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Use the Service to harass, impersonate, or harm others
- Submit content about third parties without their consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
6. Content and Intellectual Property
Your content
You retain ownership of the biographical text you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your profile.
Your biography text is not stored after profile generation (see our Privacy Policy).
Generated content
Profiles generated by the Service are created using AI and are entirely fictional. You may use and share your generated profile freely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We do not guarantee the uniqueness, accuracy, or suitability of generated content. Generated content may coincidentally resemble real people, places, or works — any such resemblance is unintentional.
Our content
The Service, its design, branding, logo, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses AI to produce fictional, creative output. This output:
- Does not represent factual claims or real events
- Is not advice of any kind (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise)
- May contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or unexpected results
- Should not be relied upon for any purpose other than entertainment
We are not responsible for how you or others interpret or use the generated content.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, and protect your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and Modifications
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
We reserve the right to update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your profile and data at any time by contacting season@yreh.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Where possible, we will provide notice and an explanation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will remain in effect.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not warrant that generated profiles will meet your expectations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for matters that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €100, whichever is greater).
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence within the EU/EEA.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lille, France.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions.
